Services

We offer a wide range of counseling services that include substance abuse counseling, trauma and grief counseling, ADHD counseling and coaching as well as working with panic and anxiety disorders. We work with individuals ages 12 and up. We also offer workshops that various topics including grief, loss, ADHD, addiction and the science behind it.

ADHD Coaching and Counseling

Consists of providing the clients with the strategies to help facilitate symptom management. We provide these services for preteens, adolescents, and adults. The primary therapy utlized is parent-teen therapy.

Trauma and Grief Counseling Services

Includes helping the client to identify the trauma as well as the stuck points that emerged from the trauma via a written impact state that targets specific areas that have been impacted by the trauma.

Substance Abuse

Counseling Services

includes helping clients identify stuck points around substance use utilizing cognitive processing therapy for PTSD.

Anxiety and Panic Disorders

Includes providing psychoeducation on the brain, helping the client to identify triggers as well as the activating event and as well as age appropriate assesments.
